Outbound Campaign 403 Forbidden: Zendesk Task to GC Contact List Mapping

No idea why this is happening, the Outbound Campaign API returns a 403 Forbidden error when importing Zendesk task contacts into Genesys Cloud. The Zendesk tasks map perfectly to GC contact attributes, but the campaign activation fails immediately. The environment is Genesys Cloud Public (EU-West).

  • Verified OAuth scopes include outbound:campaign:write and outbound:contact:write
  • Checked Architect flow for correct dialing rules, but the error occurs at API level before dialing
