Outbound Campaign 400 Error: Zendesk Ticket ID Mapping in Architect

Looking for advice on configuring outbound campaigns during our Zendesk-to-GC migration. We want to map Zendesk ticket_id to Genesys interaction_id via an Architect flow, but the API returns a 400 Bad Request with invalid_campaign_id. The Zendesk integration seems to block outbound triggers, unlike the native Zendesk dialer. How do we bridge this gap without losing ticket context in the outbound module? Current GC version: 2024-04.
