Hello all, hope everything’s fine out there in this troubled times -_-
Just as in object, I obtain the error “ORA-00942 table or view does not exist” after confirming cfg and credentials @CCPulse 8.1.1 login; any clue on where I should check to solve?
Stay well,
Gef.
Do you have historical reports in some view? If so, the the DB Server attached to the CCPulse to access CCA reports will be a good start point

stick this into your CCPulse application in CME/GA and the logs will appear in your CCPulse folder in your C drive, captures quite a lot of info
[log]
all=C:\GCTI\LOG\CCP.txt <<<<<<your C drive where CCPulse is
expire=20
segment=10000
verbose=all
@Cav , thanks, I’ll give it a try.
@Tambo , did it, but no logs shows; tried root directory too.

Gef, that works only in newer versions of ccpulse

Hi Cav,
we’re using 8.1.0 and it works.
Gef,
all C:\Program Files (x86)\GCTI\CCP.txt
standard console, CCP.txt
and add in
CfgEventDetails full
DbEventDetails full
StatEventDetails full
Yes, but Gef has access to only limited versions as his customer got stuck with 7.6 if don’t remember wrong

the post says ORA-00942 after login in CCPulse 8.1.1 : ;D
Oh! He got a new version! Lol
I know him lol so… Just didn’t read that lol

@Cav , we’re upgrading 8.1/8.5 rel. In this case CCPulse+ is 8.1.1
@Tambo in my scenario CCPulse+ and IRD installed in Program Files folder, 'cause I’m working in a 64 bit Win 10 Pro environment; CME, DMA and SCI, installed in x86 folder anyway.
Full CCPulse path is C:\Program Files\GCTI\CCPulse+
Finally… [emoji33] Congratulations! Hehe less old headaches and new headaches coming hahaha
But will definitely help you

@Cav , you can bet!! But new challenges to front xD thanks for all help.
@Tambo , ok, now is writing logs, there was a folder grant issue.

i would go with what Cav was saying about historical reports then, it’s been a while but if memory serves me right if someone has DMA open on a table then you cant access it via ccpulse but i could be wrong
Ok, solved; cause was quite simple and error was quite accurate: view CCPulse called at startup did not existed into the db.
Thanks all.
Hehe those are the hard ones to find.
