can you please advise whether it is available to make NR Reason code available only for selected agents at WWE?
The issue is: we need to make different NR codes for different Agent Groups.
best to use as list item and have it in your routing, split it out that way

Indeed we’ve resolved the issue by setting list of specific NR codes to Agent Groups Application options.
