We dont have a statistic available for Efficiency % (Total_Calls_answered / Total_Calls_Answered+Total_Calls_Abandoned * 100) so are having to create this as a formula statistic within CCPulse or reporting application such as hyperion.
Is it possible to do create this within DMA? There seems to be an Distributed% statistic already there which uses Calls_distributed as the main mask with Calls_Distirbuted and Calls_abandoned as the relative mask - is this the same as above?
For CCPulse we want to use the interval sliding option to gather the calculation within the last hour but dont think this is possible in a formula statistic?
