Need some help troubleshooting ServiceNow Data Action timeout on WhatsApp inbound

Need some troubleshooting help with a persistent 504 Gateway Timeout when invoking a ServiceNow Data Action from a Genesys Cloud Architect flow triggered by WhatsApp inbound messages.

  1. Inbound WhatsApp message arrives.
  2. Flow triggers ‘Create Incident’ Data Action.
  3. ServiceNow REST API returns 504 after 30s.

The same payload works via Postman. EU1 environment. Is there a specific webhook payload size limit or timeout configuration for digital channel data actions?
