My config is not working... Quality API 403 on Digital Channel Evaluations

My configuration keeps failing… The Quality API returns a 403 Forbidden error when attempting to retrieve evaluation data for digital channel interactions under legal hold.

  1. Generate token with quality:read and analytics:read scopes.
  2. Call GET /api/v2/quality/evaluations with filter interaction.channel = webchat.
  3. Receive 403 immediately.

Is there a specific permission required for digital channel metadata in Genesys Cloud?
