Erm…me again ::slight_smile:
Guys, any reference to read for Multimedia HA? Customer has EMail and Chat (no cobrowsing) and would like to have HA on all components (GAD [Will use MS NLB], Classification Server, Email Server, UCS, IServer) is it possible? Can find info on the deployment guide…

Hi Cav,

Mentioned MM components support either standard HA (warm-standby) or deployment in load-balancing mode. You can find details in “Multimedia 7.6 User’s Guide”, chapter “Load Balancing and Backup Configuration”.

Thanks René, I was used to find it on the deployment guides…seems that with Multimedia there is no such standard…on the user guide…funny
