In the Interaction Queue View, The minimum interaction statistic is not getting updated. It always displays as Zero.
I have tested the following scenario.
I have made around 3 email to be waiting in the queue. So the maximum interaction statistic is getting updated as 3. And then accept all the interactions.
Then i made the single email waiting in the queue and then accept the mail. But still the minimum interaction statistic is Zero. Kindly looking forward for your possible solutions.
