Merry Christmas to everyone. 
Genesys always has some kind of flash or another for Xmas.
Of course, we all know that holidays mean only one thing for all of us more work!!! Since everyone else is resting and all the systems are usually down, this is the only time in the year when we can upgrade the systems for those 24/365 centers. I may even see Santa!!!
