I’m trying to develop an application on where an agent can login.
I already have an application ready for Outbound/Inbound and would like to add the Login feature, tried to follow the examples but couldn’t get luck.
Anybody has a simple example? I’m sick of GAD.

I’m able now to login, was easy really once understood and saw all the logs and TEvents that happend on a GAD login.
Hard to control but cool
Now i’m trying to control the Hold, Transfer and Alternate Calls functions.
Any suggestions on this?
On Hold i saw:
No hold when call on hold
No hold when dialing
For transfer:
initiatetransfer
completetransfer
Any validations?
