anybody here who knows about the pricing or licensing of Genesys Log File Management Tool (LFMT) ?
I have browsed and searched in the docs of Genesys (https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/ST/latest/DeploymentGuide/Welcome) about this topic but didn’t find anything about it. Maybe it’s free?!

My understanding is that as long as you have an active support agreement this tool is free.
It does not appear within the PureEngage On-Premise pricing guide (dated June 15 2017) which confirms this.
