List Manager?! Are you still using Campaign Manager ? What version is it? (both major and minor)
My first suggestion would be to check release notes and see if there was a fix for it: depending on the version of list manager, I do recall the program crashing for no apparent reason.
Also, have you contacted Genesys tech support? What are they saying?

The company is w/o support! I’ve not been able to find anything regarding this issue but suspect that I need another version.
What is the version number of CM?
