I was wondering if someone could tell me the usual cost of “adapter” license one would need to develop an application that would add/delete agents and their skills.

I doubt if anyone, except maybe someone from Genesys, would answer this. Most people would be breaching confidentality agrements between their companies and Genesys.

Yup, I can tell only that prices may vary from one customer to another.

If you talk to the right person you can get the Config SDK (for development purposes only) for free. If the project\runtime is then used in production you have to pay for the license.

Wow, I think I just learned something new… Genesys prices are confidential? I remember seeing Price list for APAC, for example or for EMEA. Is it really confidential? I guess I better ask Paul
