I am not sure why Genesys requires this library, but it is a Sun C++ library, that usually is not installed with the system. The standard layout only has libCrun.so.3 and libCrun.so.5!
You will need to ask your admin to add patch 1055918 or later to get libCrun.so.1 installed and have the application function properly.
On a related topic did you notice that you cannot installed TServer on SunOS machine with Genesys Configuration Wizard? I had to redefine the type of hosts in CME as Solaris to get CW to copy the necessary files. Did anyone else had a similar problem?
