IWS Workbin - prevent Agents from opening more than one work item at a time

is there a way to prevent Agents from opening more than one work item from their IWS Workbins?

Why?? If they open and don’t save, then it returns to it…don’t put chains on them, teach them how stuff works and make their life easier

to be on positive side - You can always play with strategy to put only 1 item in workbin :> - not most effective as Kubig and cavagnaro mentioned

Hey Buble, now you got me…with strategy we can limit if an agent takes an interaction and decides to move to Workbin manually? Like Drafts for example…he can have as many as he wants and open them…when does a strategy could catch them? Kinda you messed my brain lol
