IWS multi pop up with push preview campaign

Hi Friends,

IWS getting to many interaction pop up with push preview. I have created capacity rule and mapped it to agent. Then also happening the same. Kindly help me to resolve this.

my capacity rule is

voice = 1
outboundpriview=1

Check URS and StatServer logs.
