IWD - Work item count From IXN

hey folks,

Is it possible to know the number of work items currently ixn server is handling?

like how many are pending to be processed.

In the IWD manager when i use the filter and find the “current” items i can find the number of items but some of the interaction are not routed to URS for some reason.

Do a DB query at Interactions table

And for the No Routing, remember there are limits, URS will handle 1000 IXNs only, you can increase that number, but if you can’t handle already 1000 what is the point? You have to check your strategies first.
