IVR POST Call Survey - Data Collection Failure

Hey all,

We’re seeing a weird data collection issue with a POST-call survey in ARCHITECT. It’s supposed to fire on a specific queue, collect responses, then POST the data to a generic WEB SERVICE integration. Seems simple enough, right?

Here’s where it gets funky. The survey itself is triggering, and the customer is presented with the options. However, the WEB SERVICE integration is getting a 400 BAD REQUEST with this payload - looks like the survey responses aren’t being properly formatted for the API.

{
 "error": "Invalid request body",
 "message": "Expected JSON object, but received: [object Object]"
}

I’ve checked the WEB SERVICE configuration - the CONTENT TYPE is set to application/json, and the REQUEST BODY MAPPING seems correct. Off the top of my head, it’s likely something in the way the survey data is being passed to the integration. We’re on Genesys Cloud API v2, using the latest SDK versions.

Any thoughts? The SURVEY OBJECT is fine in preview mode. It’s a pretty standard setup, shouldn’t be this hard.
