Beware. If there is a pipe ‘|’ in the from: email address of an inbound email, EventMgr.exe will use up all the CPU and discontinue processing emails. The solution is to remove the bad email from the inbound folder, open NT task manager, and kill EventMgr.exe.

I have never heard of the pipe in the email address. Is it even legal?
