when moving agents from one working segment to another, the supervisors should select desired skills and skill level. The skill level in our case is always the same - 10. So I am wondering if there is an option to skip selecting skill level or an option to predefine it from now on to same value -10. 10Q in advance.

I believe it is possible to apply automation scripts when adding an Agent to an Agent Group, to ensure they have the right Skills applied but I do not believe that that is standard in the CME Application.
I do not believe there are any standard settings which can be applied to ensure an Agent is given the right Skill level, for any Skill applied within CME.
You can apply a blanket update to various Object Types using the “Multiple Objects Update Wizard” in later versions of CME, which might help you…
