Is it possible to sync WFM status to Outbound Dialer campaigns in Chicago?

Running Genesys Cloud v24.5.0 in the Chicago environment. When agents execute shift swaps via the WFM self-service portal, the Outbound Dialer campaign continues to route calls to them despite their ‘Unavailable’ status in WFM. The /api/v2/wfm/schedules endpoint confirms the swap, but the dialer ignores the capacity change until a full schedule republish. Is it possible to trigger an immediate status refresh for the dialer on shift swap completion?
