Running into a capacity mismatch in our Chicago Genesys Cloud v24.5.0 environment. When agents execute shift swaps via the WFM self-service portal, Predictive Routing still calculates queue capacity based on the original scheduled shifts. This causes a 429 Too Many Requests error on the /api/v2/predictiverouting/queues endpoint when we try to manually adjust staffing levels.
Is it possible to trigger a PR capacity recalculation immediately upon shift swap approval?
