is it possible to map zendesk agent groups to gc wfm teams during migration? we are moving from zendesk to genesys cloud and need to preserve team structures. trying to use the wfm teams api but not sure how to match the zendesk group ids. any tips on the best way to handle this mapping without losing data? our environment is in eu-west.
