Is it possible to atach a file in Genesys Chat?

Do you know if its possible for the chat modulo to handle files (images, pictures) while chatting ?

This was answered for many times, just search for it. Attachment is available only for emails interactions at this moment.

This is not a news This is by default and from scratch, but you can of course open feature request towards Genesys.

Well, the chat session is embedded in a web page, just add a transfer function to that web page, no? I’m pretty sure this would work. But it’s not Genesys, it’s Java, .NET, or any other language available for web pages.
