Does anybody have a useful document that decribe in details and the IRD, the technical manual is very large and difficult to read, I hope someone have a technical training document for IRD
Well the URS documentation is very well explained with even examples, we can’t helkp if you have some lazyness on reading…

The help file will tell you what each icon is, then within the function and = block, each item will give you a description on what it does and includes a builder.
Official genesys training IRD documentation will not tell you much at all, you are much better having a play (in a test environment of course!) to see what can be done.
Is there anything specific that you are having trouble with?

I would suggest you to try out the samples in the URS documentation to get started with, you would have a feel of all the strategies objects and thier usage…

Thank you all for your suggestion, I am a very good reader just I need someone to guide me with which document i should start.
I really depend on my self, i have installed different systems succesfully without any training and based on my reading the technical documents.
I will start with the URS documents and the examples available in the document with my test environment.

Yep an external link. putfile is a website that allows you to upload things 
Unsure on its size limit, but have seen some rather large movies on there before (home made legal ones of course!)
