The Wire is being produced by Wyn, quarterly. It is an independent magazine (that is; not produced by Genesys) which aims to provide some insight, articles, comments and reports in and around the Genesys Solutions (including a look at v8.0). It is intended for a wider audience than us techies (!), to give everyone a flavor of what Genesys is capable of.
