HI Guys,

I am new to this forum…

Am working as Genesys Test Analyst from last 3 years and have extensive knowledge on Call routing, Reporting & self service applications testing using CME, SCI, CCpulse+ etc.

I have an interview this Thursday for Genesys Test Analyst. This is the first time am going to give interview on Genesys Technology.

I need few tips, topics, kind of questions, list of components related question wil be asked in Genesys.

Ya i have good knowledge about Genesys, But never attended any interview till now.
