Hi all,

In interaction search, list of Contact History items(Status,StartDate,EndDate) is displayed in the interaction view, along with custom attributes.

Custom attributes is created in the “Business Attributes > Interaction Attributes > Attributes value”. We need to display the attributes values as display name.how to configure it?

Kindly guide me.

Check Display columns option at WDE.
Documentation is your friend or search for that at the options… Column display

Hi,

I have added the Business Attribute name and NOT the display name in the “contact.all-interactions-quick-search-attributes” and “contact.directory-search-attributes”.

In Interaction Search Window, the business attributes are listed not the display name. I want display name to pop up.

Popup? Then toaster options?? Check documentation please…all options are well defined there
