inline images in GAD

First of all sorry if this has been responsed before but I can´t search :slight_smile:
So is it possible to see inline images in GAD? I got a response from Genesys that is not possible but isn´t there a workaround for this?

What do you mean by inline images? Do you want to see the caller? Do you want something (a gif or jpeg) to tell you what call type or channel the interaction is on?

I mean about images in emails, not attached but copy/pasted in emails. For example when customers pastes in the email some print screens I can see them only as attachments not as images in emails.
