Hi All,
Can someone help me understand how does Infomart treat and store the Workbin duration if an agent places an Email into his/her personal workbin (Workbin/Draft WB)?
GIM8 version is 8.1.
Genesys Ver 8.1.
- populate-mm-workbin-as-hold is also set to true.
- populate-mm-workbin-facts is set to true.
We want the total workbin count and total workbin duration to be reported for a specific time period.
