can someone please tell me if InfoMart 8.0 will work with Genesys 7.6??? Has anyone actually done it? What are some of the major limitations compared to G8?

GIM 8 is not out yet. Only ICON 8 which works pretty well with 7.6 TServers/OCS/IXN as well as with GIM 7.6. So it looks like there is going to be certain level of backward compatibility.

According to Info Mart 8. deployment guide, you need URS 8
According to Interoperability guide, you need config layer 8, which is contradictory with what is written in deployment guide.
Where is the truth?
