The inbound messaging flow throws a 504 Gateway Timeout when calling the WFM API to verify agent availability. This happens consistently during our 08:00 CST schedule publication window. The flow uses the standard HTTP request action to hit /api/v2/wfm/schedules. The timeout only occurs for high-volume digital queues. Our Architect version is 2024.1. Is there a known rate limit or latency issue with WFM endpoints during peak scheduling hours? We need a reliable way to route messages without dropping calls.
