Is anyone aware of a configuration setting or method of getting attached user data from an inbound email to be propogated to an outbound reply of that email? Specifically, the question is can the inbound email Case Data be also displayed on the outbound reply email in IWS? I am working with v8.1 of IWS and Interaction Server, 8.0 of UCS.
