We have four locations and three are Genesys routing and WFM and one is still Avaya and IEX and migrating to Genesys routing in the somewhat near future.
Has anyone seen any side by side comparison between IEX and Genesys WFM? I have read some post on sggu from 2008 and 2009, but nothing recent.
