What? To CCPulse? Or from CCPulse?
Why not use ETL DB instead? Why export real time info? You have historical ready for such tasks

Seria perfeito se eu divesse acesso porem aqui no brazil o pessoal não deixa niguem ter acesso apenas eles, ai tem que ser virar nos 30 fora que não tem nenhuma documentação oque apredi sobre a ferramenta foi no forum, teria outro jeito de salva do ccpulse sem ser copiar e colar uma programação automatica direto pelo ccpulse salva em html ,isso ja ajudaria muito pois programava para pegar esse arquivo?

I’m Customer acquired genesys product. however the genesys partners not ajudão that quaestors . I want to make a simple workforce was equal in other contact center with other tools but here the personal limits genesys software there is fuck do.
