Anyone have Genesys Hyperion User Guide ? Not able to find on Genesys docs.
Hyperion is not a Genesys product, so do not search for doc there. Second thing is that Hyperion is deprecated for Genesys at this moment.
Do you means like GQM is not a product of Genesys, its a zoom product .. Same like GQM, Hyperion whey do have their own ere sold by Genesys before now they do have their own product so it deprecated ?
From where I can find the Hyperion user guide ? I know its quite old, but need it !
No, the GQM is just OEM of ZOOM - do not mixing things together! 
Hyperion is Oracle based, so look there for documentation.
