Simple question really, do Genesys still supply Hyperion as standard with CCA?

I think no. Now their have own product line - called Informiam , which i believe mast take the place of Hyperion like 3td party product in CC.
But i can ask our sales manager from Genesys, if you can not =)

I saw Informiam and thought it was more like CCPulse+ on steroids… Yes, it has historical reporting functions but the whole Solution is seperately packaged and licensed…
It may be a replacement, but it’s not free with “CCA”… Hyperion is, though…
