Hyperion - Objects Stored in A file

All,
I have a CCA report in which I have all the neccesary agents in a text file. I can manually go in and point to the file and run the report. The question I have is it possible to configure somewhere the location of this file so every time i open the report it will look for the file and load the objects on open. Any help greatly appreciated.

Can you reference an agent group within CME?
If so, you could either create a skill and VAG to make it dynamic or just manually move agents out of a new group.

My knowledge on hyperion / brio is limited, so not sure if that is any help!!
