HTML Signature in Eservices Manager

Hi Guys,

I have a problem setting up the HTML signature using Eservices Manager Plug in for GAX.

  1. Have Set up the signature in directory Sigantures\Signature\Signature
  2. Configured the email.siganture option of WDE to ‘response:Sigantures\Signature\Signature’

Error message showing Error Inserting signature. The response is not found in Standard response Library.

What am I missing here? How do I make WDE to pick this response?

Check WDE logs, you will see from where it is trying to get it. Using which language on MRC

Cavagnaro.. thanks for the response.. its working after changing the permission and active date of the standard response.
