How to Create New Stat with customized formula

I want to create a view in ccpulse, where I want to monitor one factor as per the below formula:

% of calls answered within 30 seconds / calls entered

How do a create a customized stat in while creating a template where I can put this formula?

Follow the CCP+ help.

You have to define the formulas within Template Wizard.

I do have multiple stats like one for calls answered, calls entered. But how do I show calls answered within 30 seconds??

Apply a time range. Need to create new stat on statServer.
Same idea as ShortAbandon Calls.

TotalNumberInTimeRange is your solution
