How to archive data mart db???

Dear all,

    Have anyone know how to archive datamart DB??? or can i read some document in lib CD???

Hi Lekie,

This question is more related to database system ( MSSQL/ORACLE/DB2) than Genesys. It is up to you how you archive your database.

It will depend on your customers backup policy, Genesys will not tell you on how to do that stuff on a customer site as each customer has different policies…of course the problem is when customer doesn’t has any policy or DBA…
