How to add combobox editable field to IWS

Hi all,

I need to locate one of Outbound Campaign field in IWS as combobox. I added below options to to interaction-workspace section of field.

display-type = enum
enum.business-attribute = [Business attribute that holds list of value]

But, field is not appearing on IWS. Onyl way is using send_attribute to make visible field on IWS but in that case, field is not appearing as combobox.

Does anybody has an idea?

I have configured sample own data based on BA and all works fine. You have to have a bad configuration - try to read doc or hints on Genesys WiKi.
