How to add a queue in WFM, what needs to be done? not sure if this info is enough.

emm more info needed, what WFM for instance ???

Through the Configuration Utility, where you can add/edit used statistics and related objects for particular activities.

But if you don’t even know that, please ask a professional to do it
WFM can be easily messed up if you have no clue what you are doing
