I am very very new in ICS component. Since am involved only on support issues for one of our customer, am not really sure how ICS works. Never performed any developement task for ICS before. Can someone expert on this share with me the process starting from email come in until it’s succcessfully replied by an agents. As well as the relation between Emailin,MST-Intercache & Emailout table.
