Hide Category Name In GAD

Hi,

I have a requirement to hide categories in GAD which do not have standard responses.

We can’t delete the categories from KM because in routing, categories ID are used for Acknowledgements and routing to skilled agents.

Is there any way in Genesys by which we can hide categories or any solution by GAD customization ?

Gad not sure, think is not possible. On IWS yes by modifying values via URS or directly on IWS options.
