Help with G3

Hi, all!

I am playing with G3 and I have noticed that when I dial VDN, I get “EventQueued” issued instead of “EventRouteRequest”.

Can someone please tell me how to configure VDN in G3 to work with IR?

Hi Vic:

You need to have an “Adjunct
oute” step in the VDN that acts as a route point. This adjunct
oute step is to be given for the ASAI extension that is programmed in G3.

Also you need to give a “waitstep” of 4 to 5 seconds following the adjunct
oute step. These two steps will make a VDN work as a route point so that Genesys router can take control of the call.
