Graph Colors

Hi There

i am new to CC pulse and having some issues with the Graph display. no matter what i set the color to on the graphs (specifically agent state) the bar stays grey. i would like to see a different color for each state eg green for ready, red for not ready… etc

any help would be great

What is the full version number?

How would you do that? One graph per agent? I can’t see how it would be done, why just not color the data cell?
