gplus-analytics-id

Goodday,

We use GPlus Adapters for “SAP analytics” and “ICI Multi-Channel”. (Voice only).

In order to 3-way link a SAP interaction record, a SAP BW record and a Genesys ICON record, the field “gplus-analytics-id” is used. If I understand it correctly this ID is generated when a telephony interaction is sent from Genesys to SAP ICI (EIC/CRM) via the “GPlus Adapter for ICI Multi-Channel”.
The content is for example: “-22252cdd:1365dcfae9d:-7ff7”.

Question: where is the format and the content defined?
I can’t find a configuration option within the Genesys world.
If possible I’d like to use the ConnId for its value.

I guess in theory you could over-ride the Java class etc etc but I’m 100% sure it wouldn’t be supported and almost as sure that it wouldn’t be worth the effort.
