I can’t seem to figure out why the genesyscloud_export resource throws a 409 Conflict error mid-execution during a full org export for disaster recovery. The logs indicate a resource dependency loop between routing queues and users, but the terraform plan shows no conflicts. Is there a specific ordering flag or parallelism setting required to bypass this lock?
